Healthy Living Group

A Healthy Living Group has started at Christ Lutheran Church for members and non-members interested in help and support with living well in body, mind and spirit. The primary focus will be on eating well, getting enough exercise, support, and encouragement. There will be a weigh-in available conducted by a retired nurse (optional), followed by a group gathering to talk about nutrition, share recipes, tips, challenges, etc.  We would love to have someone with knowledge/training in nutrition join our group.

We will be meeting every other Tuesday, at 4:00 pm in the Friendship Room.
August dates are: August 5th and 19th.

There is no obligation or cost involved, so come check it out!
