In addition to our Lutefisk (with plenty of hot, melted butter), we feature our own Homemade Potato Lefse (butter & brown sugar also if desired), mashed potatoes, mashed rutabagas, cranberry sauce, green beans, coleslaw, and homemade pie - Uff da!

In conjunction with the Lutefisk dinner there is a Bake Sale & Raffle
sponsored by the Christ
Lutheran Church Women starting at 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. There are a wide variety of baked goods available
for sale, including our own Homemade Lefse in limited quantities.
2005 statistics - almost 1700 people served, 282 workers averaging 5 hours each, 880 lbs of potatoes used for lefse, 2300 lbs of fish, 440 lbs of meatballs, 400 lbs of rutabagas, 230 pies, 220 lbs of cabbage, 216 lbs of butter, 28 gallons of milk, 50 lbs of coffee, 144 cans of cranberries, 38 lbs of brown sugar.....
